Q: I don't see a color available on a jewelry piece I like; can I special order it?
A: All you need to do is send an email ( stating the item number of the piece of jewelry you are interested in and the color or colors you would like to see in that piece of jewelry. We will then check to see if Swarovski makes that specific size stone in the requested color and email you back indicating whether or not your request can be filled with the colors of your choice.
Q: What do the letters AB stand for after a color choice?
A: AB stands for Aurora Borealis. This refers to the irridescent effect on the surfaces of the crystal beads.
Q: What is the “size” option measuring?
A: The size option refers to the total length of the finished item, in inches, including the clasp.
Q: How do I choose the correct size?
A: To determine what size bracelet to order, measure around your wrist with a tape measure, and add 1 inch. This will allow for comfort and a slight dangle. Be careful not to measure too tightly, as this will lead to a bracelet that will be too tight and not fit.
Q: How come the bracelet I received is a little bit bigger than the size I selected?
A: Each bracelet has a unique, balanced design, and can consist of various different types and sizes of beads. If the requested bracelet size is smaller than the size of the bracelet in the picture, then some beads will have to be removed, or smaller beads may need to be used, slightly modifying the design to fit as closely as possible to the requested bracelet size. Also, if the design uses large beads, then it’s not always possible to make the bracelet the size that is requested. We do our best to keep the design as close as possible to the original, and to within the requested length.
Q: How come the bracelet in the picture looks a little bit different than the bracelet I ordered?
A: The size of the bracelet that you order may be bigger or smaller than the size of the bracelet in the picture. It is also possible that a component that is shown in the picture is no longer available from the manufacturer. In this case, we will substitute a component of equal or greater value to complete the design.
Q: How do I store my jewelry?
A: To reduce tarnish and keep your sterling silver jewelry looking like new, it is recommended that you do not keep the jewelry stored directly on the cotton in a cotton filled box, as cotton may contain trace elements of sulfur which can tarnish your silver jewelry over time. Storing your sterling silver in the open air and humidity for extended periods of time can also cause it to tarnish quickly. For best results, store in a plastic, air-tight Ziploc bag when not wearing it, or simply place it in a jewelry chest away from the air and humidity. If you wear your sterling silver regularly, your natural body oils help to keep the tarnishing down and cleaning to a minimum.
Q: How do I clean my jewelry?
A: If the sterling silver starts to tarnish, use a polishing cloth to free the beads of tarnish. They will be nice and shiny once finished.
Q: What if I ordered the wrong size and the bracelet does not fit?
A: Please be cautious in choosing the proper size for your purchase. If the item you purchase needs to be made larger or smaller, then there will be a restringing fee involved. Please see the list below for the restringing fees.
